Who we are

NOVA Pictures (novapictures.uk) is operated by Orange Pictures Ltd, United Kingdom. This page explains what data we hold when you use the platform, and what happens to your scripts.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, name and profile details, stored with our database provider (Supabase).
• Your submissions — the scripts and documents you upload, plus the title, logline and other details you enter.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep a record of what was purchased and for which submission.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used (page views, performance), collected via Vercel Analytics and, where enabled, PostHog.

What happens to your script

Your script is stored in private storage. It is not public, it is not listed anywhere, and it is not shared outside the review process without your involvement.

To produce your written coverage, the text of your script is processed by our coverage providers (Anthropic and Google) through their commercial APIs. This processing is done solely to generate your coverage and analysis.

How long we keep data

We keep your account and submissions for as long as your account exists. If you want your account or your submissions deleted, contact us (see the Contact page) and we will remove them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new date at the top.
